The third and fourth sets both belonged to Blinn as the Buccaneers won the third handily 25-10 and then polished off the match with a 25-19 victory to move to 3-0 in conference.

"We just took good care of the ball and made great passes," said Kalie Mader, Blinn head coach. "All of our hitters were in the positive for us against Coastal Bend."

Blinn 3 – Cisco 0

Even though Blinn won in a sweep it didn't come easily the entire match as Cisco had Blinn trailing by 11 points in the second set but the Buccaneers fought back for the sweep by the score 25-19, 25-23 and 25-13.
